§ 4. Valuation and Payments

  • Before proceeding with the Order, a text quote is made, but it is only an estimate. The amount for the order given in the valuation may differ from the final price for the service, because the exact number of pages is calculated after translating the text in the translated language .

  • The quote does not give rise to any claims on the part of the Customer if the number of pages after the text translation differs from the ones provided in the quote.

  • The basis for calculating the total amount due for the completed Order is the date of execution of the Order selected by the Customer or set by POLIGLOTKA.EU. This term depends in particular on the volume of the text, its difficulty, and the specificity of the material submitted for translation.

§ 5. Complaints

  • Any complaints related to the execution of translations in the ordinary mode will be removed free of charge by POLIGLOTKA.EU, if they are submitted in writing within 5 days from the date of receipt of the translation by the Customer. Complaints submitted after this deadline may be removed by POLIGLOTKA.EU against payment.

  • Filing a complaint does not change the date of payment for the service.

  • POLIGLOTKA.EU is not liable for material or damages for errors occurring in translations performed in the express mode. The customer placing an order for express translation accepts the risk of possible errors in this type of translation.

  • The amount of compensation for all damages incurred in connection with the translation by POLIGLOTKA.EU is limited to the maximum net remuneration paid (excluding VAT) for this order.

  • The customer has the option of receiving a discount determined in connection with the occurrence of the above errors, as well as due to the late delivery of the translation due to POLIGLOTKA.EU's fault. This discount is determined individually for each order by POLIGLOTKA.EU and may not exceed the amount of net remuneration paid to POLIGLOTKA.EU.
